CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse Features and Benefits
The CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse offers participating licensees an interactive, web-based cost-sharing application to assist in the management of the cost-sharing process:
- Register your incumbent relocation information via our web portal
- Provide the required documentation supporting your reimbursement claim on-line
- Upload your base station deployment information (PCNs)
- Utilize our secure, web-based application as your cost-sharing transaction management tool
- View all of your cost-sharing information 24 x 7 and in real-time
- Generate detailed activity reports at your convenience
The CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse Develops and Maintains a robust cost-sharing database that includes:
- Technical and financial details on all incumbent relocations filed for cost sharing
- Specifics of all base station deployment in the AWS spectrum band
- Details on all incumbent facilities eligible for relocation and cost sharing in 2.1 GHz band
- Data verification and error checking on all licensee-provided data
- Continuous analysis and Proximity Threshold Tests to identify cost-sharing situations
- Electronic notification to affected licensees of cost-sharing activity
- Ability to track the exchange on monies identified in the cost-sharing process
The CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse offers fair and impartial service:
- Develops objective processes and procedures to administer cost sharing in the AWS band
- Hosts regularly scheduled User Group meetings to address important operational matters
- Provides the opportunity for participating licenses to join the Advisory Panel
- Acts as an liaison to the FCC on procedural and regulatory matters involving cost sharing in the AWS spectrum band
The CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse provides mediation and dispute resolution to participating licensees on cost-sharing matters
The CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse is well qualified to serve as AWS cost-sharing clearinghouse administrator:
