The CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse will continually perform Proximity Threshold Tests on participant-provided data to identify cost-sharing obligations. When such an obligation is identified, all of the affected licensees will be notified via e-mail. This e-mail will contain the relevant details of the cost-sharing situation in its body and have a link to access cost-sharing notifications, a map providing a visual representation of the relocated facility and supporting documentation of the relocation. Once notified by the CTIA Clearinghouse, the affected licensees will settle their obligations outside of normal Clearinghouse operations and will inform the CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse when cost-sharing payments are received.
