Through the normal course of CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse activities, reimbursements opportunities and cost-sharing obligations will be identified as they occur. Upon receiving the written notification of such activity from the CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse, the FCC rules state that entrants or subsequent benefiting licensees will be required to satisfy their cost sharing obligations within 30 days. The money associated with this obligation will be paid directly to the relocator and/or previous benefiting licensees, as provided in the cost-sharing notifications. In no situation will cost-sharing obligations be paid directly to the CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse to be distributed later to the affected licensees. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the party receiving the payment to inform the CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse of when the payment was received.
