For purposes of cost-sharing at the CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse, it is expected that the licensees will registered their relocations, supporting documentation and PCNs via our interactive, web-based cost-sharing application. Access to the on-line program requires fully executed Non-Disclosure and Registration Agreements. If you are in need of either or both agreements, please e-mail info@ctiaspectrumclearinghouse.org requesting copies.

If you have not executed the two aforementioned agreements, the CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse is still willing to accept your information while working with you to execute the agreements. In such a case, the affected licensee should populate a spreadsheet with the necessary information and e-mail to registration@ctiaspectrumclearinghouse.org along with any supporting documentation you may have. Examples of such registrations and data formats are provided below.
