Policy on Termination of Clearinghouse Use

If a licensee who relocated incumbent facilities and registered the relocations for the purpose of cost-sharing at the CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse, LCC ("CTIA Clearinghouse") would like to terminate its relationship with the CTIA Clearinghouse, it would be required to notify the CTIA Clearinghouse in writing of its desire to terminate the relationship in accordance to the terms and conditions of its Registration Agreement with the CTIA Clearinghouse.

At the conclusion of the timeframe outlined in your Registration Agreement, the CTIA Clearinghouse will no longer identify reimbursement opportunities for the relocator and place its relocations in an inactive state preventing additional cost-sharing activity from being identified by the CTIA Clearinghouse. Furthermore, the CTIA Clearinghouse would provide the relocator a final report detailing all cost-sharing activity they incurred while part of the CTIA Clearinghouse to include any obligations they may owe to other affected licensees.

The CTIA Clearinghouse will also provide a statement of account as of the date the relationship was terminated detailing any unpaid transaction fees due to the CTIA Clearinghouse.

Lastly, the responsibility of reporting payments received as a result of the CTIA Clearinghouse's notification service would continue to reside with the relocator with the expectation of timely reporting to the CTIA Clearinghouse.
